Tax on Nutrition, Foods, or Protein Bars

USANA’s Protein Snacks or any other Nutrition bars are not considered food items and do not qualify for any tax breaks for food. USANA has rulings from the Canadian government that our Protein Snacks or any other Nutrition bars are taxable, no matter how we sell them.
