Inactive Associates
Associates must pay the annual renewal fee in order to maintain their position in USANA’s genealogy tree and remain commission eligible.
Inactive Associates forfeit the right to earn commissions and bonuses, but they do not lose their Team Below and can continue to personally sponsor new Associates or Preferred Customers.
